Top line of natural Altai Mountain honey Berestov Select was brought from Altai beekeepers, from apiaries located in the basins of the Ob, Charysh and Katun rivers. Each batch of honey is received from the best apiaries in Russia is subject to strict control and is tested in a certified laboratory for compliance with GOST requirements.

Taste properties: A rich blend of valuable honey plants gives a fresh range of herbal collection with notes of wild berries and light natural sourness. The rich aroma of herbs is shaded by subtle delicate notes of lavender.

Consistency: Syrup-like, viscous structure, color from dark amber to brown. This is mature honey with low humidity. It may begin to crystallize within 3-4 months after collection.
