French Black Currant Preserves

The blackcurrant that is used in this jam is picked at it's peak ripeness, and is then slowly simmered in a copper cauldron, giving it a rich taste. This jam has a complex balance of tart and sweetness, and is a perfect accompaniment for a soft cheese or mixed into yogurt.

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Blackcurrant, Fruit Pectin, May contain traces of Nuts and Milk.
