Sputnik Coffee Company was born from the notion that coffee could (and should) be delicious and affordable and has since become one of Chicago’s notable roasters.

They operate out of Chicago’s historic Back of the Yards neighborhood. Disinterested in today’s common practices of coffee puritanism, they roast an accessible, down-to-earth blend that is focused on bold simplicity. No gimmicks. No pretentious gadgets. Just great coffee.

The blend is a full medium roast which includes Arabica beans from Brazil, Colombia, and Indonesia.
